💦AQUA CORE! Enjoy Aqua Fit like you've never experienced before! Bringing you WATER FITNESS classes, which are highly effective, working you 7 times more than aerobics on land but with the buoyancy of the water, your joints are supported and you just won't realise how hard you'll be working. You'll be working so hard but with the cooling effects of the water, you won't feel exhausted; quite the opposite! ...You'll feel invigorated, be hugely worked out but with no aching joints and have HUGE FUN in the process! Suitable for EVERYONE! Please thought complete the online Health Form at least the DAY BEFORE the class. Please arrive at the pool already in your swimmers, so that we can start promptly at 1pm. The class will last 45 minutes and there will be time for you to dry off and change in the changing rooms but we do need to exit the pool on time at 2pm at the latest please. Please remember that this is a PRIVATE POOL and the owners have been very gracious in allowing us to use their personal pool for Aqua Core.
