Somersham Victory Hall (Small Hall)

Service Description

Enjoy a targeted Pilates session focusing on the PIRIFORMIS MUSCLES which si in the behind, which can easily become tight and commonly puts pressure on the Sciatic nerve, resulting in a constant radiating discomfort around the hip and down the top leg. The Psoas muscles are deep stabiliser muscles, which connect the torso to the legs and are responsible for hiking up your legs. Consequently, they are prone to holding onto huge tension. This Pilates session, you'll practice Pilates exercises which specifically work and lengthening and releasing these two muscle groups. You'll release a lot of built up muscle tension in these areas which will help to re-balance and relieve stress, refreshing both body and mind. We'll practice BOX BREATHING also to calm and relax, using weighted eye pillows as an option. 📌 Pilates mats & equipment provided £12 per person SOMERSHAM VICTORY (small hall) 10:30-11:30am Places are limited.
