CORE FACTOR PILATES offers 12 classes within the local area of Somersham; 6 day-time and 6 evening classes.
Courses run on a 10 week, progressive and rotational basis and suitable for men and women of virtually all levels of fitness. As Elizabeth Reid is a Qualified and experienced Level III Pilates Instructor, all experience levels are catered for within each class, making the class challenging and fun whether you are brand new to Pilates or have practised Pilates before.
