On-Line Class Timetable

CORE FACTOR PILATES offers 14 ON-LINE classes; 8 day-time and 6 evening classes.  

 

Courses run on a 10 week, progressive and rotational basis and suitable for adults of virtually all levels of fitness. You even have the choice of joining a class ad hoc, on-line!  As Elizabeth Reid is a Qualified and experienced Level III Pilates Instructor, all experience levels are catered for within each class, making the class challenging and fun whether you are brand new to Pilates or have practised Pilates before.

How to Book your Class Place

Simply select your preferred class time for the Timetable below and click here to book and pay for your class place.
