Zoom Classes
There are 9 weekly Mat work Pilates classes Monday to Friday, at venues in and around Somersham, which are all live streamed on Zoom. Attend in person at venues or jump on Zoom. Zoom is great for doing additional classes to improve technique and convenient if time pressed or do not live locally to the area.
Themed Saturday sessions are held in Somersham on select dates, which can be booked via the Web site at £12.

Classes are suitable for adults of all ages and virtually all fitness levels, whether you have never done Pilates before or have experience in this unique form of exercise, each class is specifically planned to provide gentle but challenging core work exercise with attainable progression. Pilates is suitable for pre and post knee and hip replacements, relieves Sciatica, eases back pain and reduces inflammation, particularly around all joints.

All exercises are demonstrated with various versions and intensity levels YOU choose. Low, Intermediate and Full versions are offered, with adaptions provided and encouraged as appropriate. Instructor Pilates Liz is very in tune with everyone who attends classes, whether at venue or on Zoom and always only offers what is suitable for you.
Over a 10 week course, all 34 original Pilates exercises are covered and their versions. In a 60 minute class, between 7 and 10 exercises are practised with a Warm Up, Pilates Breathing Technique practice and Standing Posture check, the Pilates exercises, interlaced with stretching, resting and relaxing in between exercises, ending with Seated Posture & Pilates Breathing Practice and focused intense pelvic floor work.

Just wear clothing which is comfortable and allows you to stretch such as leggings, shorts or jogging bottoms. Wear a comfy top appropriate for the season and a pair of socks, which keeps your feet warm.
Socks also allow you to easily slide the top part of your feet out across the floor without snagging and if you have a pair of non-slip socks with grip on the soles, this is ideal...but not necessary! Pilates non-slip socks are available to purchase in class at £8 a pair in various styles and colours.

A £90 10 Week Course Membership gives you the BEST value! If you join mid-course at your main regular class, the course fee is pro-rata'd. Email admin@corefactorpilates.co.uk (admin@corefactorpilates.co.uk)to enquire and book your regular weekly class.
You get;
• Over 10 weeks, your place is booked automatically each week at your regular main venue class. If you can't make it one week, just text Pilates Liz on 07530 438237
• You can also attend any other VENUE class! Just text Pilates Liz to book!
• You can attend any class on Zoom too
• Anyone who resides with you or visiting can join a Zoom class. They just need to complete the online Health Questionnaire before their first class
• Access to Pilates videos on the Web site 24/7
• Access to Top Back Care Tips on the Web site
Terms & Conditions
Select your main, regular weekly class from the Timetable. This will be your renewal class. So, every 10 weeks you'll be invited to renew for the next 10 week block of classes. When there are no classes due to a seasonal break or other, the 10 week course simply pauses.
Your Main Regular Class
Choose your class from the Timetable and your place will be automatically booked each week. Just text Pilates Liz to cancel if you can't make it one week.
Additional Classes
If you would like to attend an additional class to your main regular class, please TEXT Pilates Liz on 07530 43 82 37 to confirm your place. It is important for Liz to know who to expect at a venue, to help manage numbers and in case there is an issue with the hall or the venue class is not running. This avoids an unnecessary journey for you!
ZOOM Classes
As part of your Membership, you can also jump on any class by Zoom. Just visit the Web site and enter the password E-mailed to you when subscribing.
Household Zoom Membership
Anyone who resides with you can also access any Zoom class as a benefit! Please though complete the HEALTH FORM (www.corefactorpilates.co.uk/healthform)so that Pilates Liz can properly look after you.
Pilates Videos
You can also access the Pilates videos which give you 50-60 minutes of Pilates...just like a live class! This gives you the chance to practice Pilates if you can't make a live Venue or Zoom class.

If you have the UNLIMITED Pilates Membership, you choose your preferred regular weekly class & this is then your main, renewal class. At the end of the 10 weeks, you will be E-mailed, inviting renewal of your Membership for a further 10 weeks.
You are AUTOMATICALLY booked onto your main renewal class each week.
If you cannot attend, simply TEXT Pilates Liz on 07530 43 82 37 and your place will be released to another that week.
If you want to attend any other Venue classes, just text Pilates Liz on 07530 43 82 37 to book your place.
Texting is the fastest way to get attention and a response. Contact may be made on other platforms but it may not be seen as fast as a text.
If you want to join a Zoom class, there's no need to book. Just head to the Web site, click on ZOOM LINKS, enter the password, which will be E-mailed to you upon becoming an UNLIMITED Member and click on the appropriate Zoom link.
