Service Description
Core Factor Pilates class held at venue; Royal British Legion (Centurion Club) 52a High Street SOMERSHAM PE28 3JB What 3 Words ///eyebrows.benched.raven Please book your place at VENUE to secure a mat. Core Factor Pilates thick mats are provided at venue, together with equipment such as resistance support cushions, wedges, bands and strap weights if deemed needed. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start. Core Factor Pilates mats at 25mm thick are provided at venue. If you use your own, Pilates mats need to be a minimum of 10mm to sufficiently support the spine and joints. If you can no longer attend the venue class in person, please cancel your place ASAP.
