🔥STOKE UP YOUR CORE WITH WEIGHTED PILATES!🔥 Join me on this Saturday session practising Pilates wearing 0.5kg ankle weights! Using weights, ups the challenge and increases the CORE FACTOR to the MAX! Whilst certain exercises are more challenging and you'll feel the muscles working in a dynamic way, other exercises, such as The Rolling Back and The Roll Up, you'll find more attainable. Cost £12 Saturday Morning 10:30am-11:30am >>Limited PLACES Suitable for all levels. FULL, INTERMEDIATE & LOW versions are available to practice with any necessary adaptions with guidance and support as always. ANKLE WEIGHTS are provided in class. Book your place!
