Saturday Stretch & Relax

Take time to practice Pilates exercises, which stretch and relax you, unlocking tight muscles and allowing you to melt into your weekend.

A slower paced class with a longer and deeper relaxation section towards the end to fully benefit and bask in the stretch exercises practised, harmonising body and mind.

✨Sat 2nd December

Learn the key Pilates exercises in specifically targeting the back, helping unlock tight muscles and promoting restoration.

Discover which set of exercises to practice when your back has been under stress and which TWO to perform daily to help maintain a healthy and happy back.

Enjoy time scheduled for deeper relaxation with snuggle blankets too!
